Growing up comes with a lot of changes and questions. Understanding your body shouldn’t feel confusing or scary — it should feel EMPOWERING!

This fun, hands-on body literacy workshop helps pre-teens learn about periods, growing bodies, and menstrual cycles in a welcoming, supportive space. Through curiosity, community, and playful learning, pre-teens will build confidence, understanding, and trust in their bodies.

Together we will:

  • Learn the correct names and functions of female reproductive anatomy

  • Discover the 4 phases of the menstrual cycle and the emotional and physical changes they bring

  • Understand what’s typical, what can vary, and when to ask for help

  • Explore different menstrual products and how to choose what feels right

  • Hands-on, creative activities and guided discussion to make learning playful and interactive

Caregivers will join alongside their pre-teen to build support, share guidance, and learn together, creating the tools and confidence to continue these conversations at home.

Let’s help pre-teens feel confident, supported, and at home in their bodies from the very beginning. 💛
