2-Part Series
Friday May 1 & 8, 2026
6-7:30pm
Growing up comes with a lot of changes and questions, but understanding your body shouldn’t feel confusing or scary — it should feel EMPOWERING!
This fun, body literacy workshop helps pre-teens learn about periods, growing bodies, and menstrual cycles in a welcoming, supportive space. Through curiosity, community, and playful learning, pre-teens will build confidence, understanding, and trust in their bodies.
Together we will:
Learn the correct names and functions of female reproductive anatomy
Discover the 4 phases of the menstrual cycle and the emotional and physical changes they bring
Understand what’s typical, what can vary, and when to ask for help
Explore different menstrual products and how to choose what feels right
Experience hands-on, creative activities and guided discussion to make learning playful and interactive
Caregivers will join alongside their pre-teen to build support, share guidance, and learn together, creating the tools and confidence to continue these conversations at home.
Let’s help pre-teens feel confident, supported, and at home in their bodies from the very beginning. 💛
